Ripple Marine is a light marine engineering business offering engineering services to yachts and power boats based mainly in the Helford River area of Cornwall.

We are able to offer servicing, maintenance and repair works for most makes of marine engines, stern and steering gear.

We also have the facilities and contacts to be able to offer customers a wide range of services including the manufacture, repair and fabrication of components requiring composite constructions.

From our workshop situated in the confines of Gweek Quay Boatyard, we are able to combine our facilities with those of the boatyard, and offer customers a one stop package.

A new rudder for the yacht Sundance.

This project involved the removal of the old badly damaged rudder and bent rudder stock.
The composite construction of a complete new rudder.
Installation of the new rudder using remanufactured bronze and Nycast bearings with new fastenings.

This project involved the removal of the old Ford Watermotor engine.
The fabrication and alignment of new steel engine beds.
